Have you heard the term ‘learning curve’? It’s the process we go through to learn a new task, to gain knowledge about a subject, to plan a trip, to build a business or a website. It doesn’t happen overnight and you can’t just press a button to go to the top immediately. Well maybe there was a brainy person in your class who seemed to be able to do that.
In reality most of us have taken the stairs – that ‘learning curve’ since we were born. Each step on the staircase builds on the previous step. We learn a bit and then we learn a bit more. It’s how we get through school and life and our business should be no different.
If you are just starting your online venture then take the first step and learn about the route you want to take. For example do you want to learn to market other people’s products or service, do you want to create your own product, or do you want to build a money making blog. Take a little time to learn about the options that are available before diving in head first, spending a lot of money and finding out it’s not for you.
On the other hand if you have been online for a while and not where you want to be in your business venture then maybe you need to take a step down and re-evaluate where you are and what you need to do differently.
In essence don’t look for the ‘Magic Elevator Button’ that will take you to the top. You’ve got to learn a bit along the way.
Don’t forget to Have Fun along the way.
